1950s Emma Frost Feature Set of Ashley Chantilly

Crowded spaces and terrible lighting can make photoshoots at conventions tricky. Fortunately, at Rhode Island Comic Con 2016, the rotunda at the adjacent Omni Hotel turned out to be a great spot to take several feature shoots. The warm colors and funky interior design lent itself to glamour-inspired shoots with some gorgeous cosplayers.

First up: Ashley Chantilly‘s incredible 50s-inspired Emma Frost. This was Ashley’s first trip to RICC, and her pinup-style take on the X-Men favorite was a hit. She was a pleasure to shoot with; fun, coy, and ready to work. These slightly risqué shots reflect her playful attitude. Her boyfriend Nicholas Zachary, cosplaying Newt Scamander, posed with her for some goofy, flirty shots.
