Stranger Things Cosplay Retrospective Gallery
Last week Netflix dropped a teaser (OK, technically two) for the upcoming Season 4 of Stranger Things, which prompted me to pull together a photos gallery of cosplay from the show that I have taken over the past few years. Because the show premiered in 2016, it cut in half the amount of time it takes me to go through all the galleries I’ve accumulated since I started shooting cosplay photos in 2010.
The teasers show hints of what life was like for 11 and the other children in the program that developed her powers, and hints at something terrible that happened that might explain why 11 is the only one left at the beginning of the first season of the show. I say teasers, plural, because the day before the official teaser dropped, Netflix released a teaser for the teaser. That makes two teasers for the upcoming season, neither of which have shown the original kids from the series. That’s not to say that they won’t be in the upcoming series, but whatever is happening with them is being held for a later reveal, it seems.
