Emerald City Comic Con 2022 Sunday Gallery Part 2 By Daveatthecon
Dave of daveatthecon closed out both Sunday and his time at Emerald City Comic Con with more cosplay photos in the sheltering forest of the Freeway Park just off the Washington State Convention Center Plaza that is seen in the galleries from Friday and Saturday.
This last gallery rounds out the coverage with some really creative cosplay. These include a legit Kratos, a wonderful Stede Bonnet, a sexy bunny version of Ryuko from Kill la Kill, and the most obscure cosplay of the day — Sir Bedivere and the witch on trial from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. (It’s a far court.)
Next year, ECCC will return to its usual time of year, in March — early March at that, the 2nd through the 5th. Early March in Seattle is very different than that same time in Dave’s home state of Maine, and it is about the opposite weather and climate conditions of the past two years, when ECCC was held in August. We’ll be back, of course, but I don’t envy Dave his task of trying to figure out where to take his photos, if the outside is just too cold.
