Assassins And Vikings Cosplay Because Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
One day after a nearly interminable eight-hour livestream of Bosslogic painting the reveal image that showed where the new game in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be located, we got the first trailer for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The new game, set to be released this coming Holiday season, features you as a Viking leader named Eivor. This character will playable as male or female (one assumes with a different name), just like the most recent game Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
The action takes place in England during the time of the Viking invasions, and like Odyssey before it, Valhalla is more of a God of War-like action RPG than the original stealth-action-platformer that characterized the first few games in the Assassin’s Creed franchise.
I have taken photos of many, many cosplayers in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, from the original Altair, to the most popular Ezio to the Kenways, Connor and Edward, and more. And I have taken a good handful of people cosplaying as Vikings. Aside from people cosplaying in period accurate Viking era costumes, there is a Ragnar Lothbrok from the semi-historical History Channel show Vikings, and Hiccup and Astrid from How To Train Your Dragon.
Cosplayers in this gallery include pandanopants, Gallant-Z, edwardnon, thecosfather, tinysithassassin, Kofitnessny Cosplay, thehyrullian, Lodaim, norsestorm, Assassin’s Fate Cosplay, Harrison of More Travel Please, BelleChere, thatgirlerin, cinnarust_studio, WaterDragondesign, vanityfoxx, Woman of Wonders, rocketprops, and many more.
We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
