Bombshell Batwoman Cosplay From Cape Cod Cosplay Photoshoot Week 2020

The second set I shot while on Cape Cod this year for our fourth annual Cape Cod Cosplay Photoshoot Week is of Teresa as Bombshell Batwoman. Teresa doesn’t have a cosplay page to link, alas.

Earlier that day when I was out shooting the Star Wars Ladies set, the sun was out although it did occasionally dip behind some clouds. By the time I got back to the Southfleet Motor Inn and Teresa was ready, a solid mist had enveloped that part of the Cape. My plan to shoot at a local baseball field to get the right angle for the late afternoon sun didn’t change, because the direction of the sun hardly mattered now, and a ball field was the right location for this cosplay.

But when the mist really rolled in heavy I realized it could be used, and that’s when we got the feature photo above, of Teresa calling her shot into a Silent Hill-like mist. By the way, this ball field was right across from Mayo Beach and next to the huge Wellfleet pier. Also about a five-minute drive from the Southfleet, like I mentioned in the Star Wars Ladies article about other beaches. There really are tons of cosplay photography locations on Cape Cod, all within an easy drive from our home base (pun intended) of the Southfleet Motor Inn.

We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
