Bonnie The Bunny Explains Our New Patreon Presence!
Sometimes things don’t work out the way you expect them — and sometimes they work out better. Case in point: When our fearless founder E. Ortiz was making a video explaining our new status as a member of the Patreon contribution community, it seems Bonnie the Bunny hacked the signal.
Luckily for us, Bonnie explained our new Patreon account, our goals and our rewards pretty clearly. Amazing thing, that — you know, for a zombified animatronic giant rabbit.
As we explain on our Patreon page, the goal is to increase the amount and variety of content we bring to you on this website and our YouTube channel. Specifically:
“By becoming a patron, you can help us at Nerd Caliber expand both the reach and the nature of our nerd content. This includes:
- More conventions covered
- More types of content from those conventions
- More original content on our YouTube channel
- More timely and exclusive content on our website
- More things we haven’t even thought of yet!”
Of course, any funds may also be used for the day to day running of the Nerd Caliber empire (principality? commonwealth? sandlot?) or for the upcoming Cosplay And Photography Expo. But the main goal is to allow us to get to more cons, and do more fun things on YouTube.
Please check out our new Patreon campaign, and look at the creative rewards we offer. We have contribution levels from $2 to $100, all on a monthly basis. But why take my word for, take it straight from the frightening mouth of a purple zombie robot bunny.
