‘Daredevil’ Season 2 Teaser Trailer Confirms 3/18 Release
The rumor is dead, and Daredevil Season 2 will not be released on the same day as the opening of DC’s next blockbuster, Batman v. Superman — it will debut the weekend before, March 18, 2016.
A one-source rumor was picked up and very widely distributed across the Internet (we did too on our Facebook page, although calling it what it was — a one-source rumor) that the second season of the Man Without Fear would debut on Netflix on March 25, which is the day the much hyped Batman v. Superman opens in theaters. Now, at the end of the teaser trailer below, we have confirmation that Daredevil will be available to binge watch on March 18, not the 25th.
A head’s up — this teaser is really just that. While it seems there is some voice over dialogue from the new season near the end, almost all of it is a creative rehash of the first season. But there is no new footage at all. Still, enjoy how the creators set a creepy and menacing tone for Season 2.
