Fan Expo Boston 2024 Sunday Gallery Part 3
After the final Red Carpet event of the weekend, I finished out Fan Expo Boston 2024 with another solid group of cosplayers, including the very first cosplay I’ve seen of the Ncuti Gatwa version of Doctor Who, the current Doctor, number 15, and his companion in the current season Ruby Sunday.
Because Sunday was so much more casually paced than previous days, I had time to let cosplayers check photos or ask for specific shots. In the first Sunday gallery, midgardiancosplay wanted that close-up shot of his Nanami cosplay, and in this one we have a Yor Forger cosplayer who knew that her wig often did things she didn’t like and checked the very first shot in order to correct it for the rest of the photos. The photo of Hela in the classic “grab and break Mjolnir” pose was also the cosplayer’s suggestion, as was the crop (to remove the weapons check zip tie from the frame).
As the day was finally winding down, I succumbed to temptation and bought some fudge from the booth next door, Copper Coast Confections. To be fair, it was the least I could do after they plied me with free chocolates and snacks all weekend. The half pound of fudge lasted approximately 26 hours, a fact I am needlessly proud of.
Cosplayers in this last studio gallery from Fan Expo Boston 2024 (tomorrow I will post the last Red Carpet gallery) include rocinantecosplay, devineee.0703, ariii.mai, kennkitten, hasen.3d, queen.britannia, etherealamberr, kingwebhead, the_samoan_lone_wolf, mz_ampersand, amcostumed, Eldritch Arts, reedingintherayn, escaping_to_america, conor.davies.design, starlightsea.cos, azari.cos, xoxo.luvlee, capy_cosplay125, fire_cos, aairz.cos, skyunderthxsea, his_name_was_phil, mad_hatter_cosplay13, and many more.
