Katsucon 2018 Cosplay Gallery by FPS, Saturday Part 2

There will be four galleries by me from Saturday at Katsucon 2018, despite the quiet period mid-afternoon for the huge Fire Emblem shoot. The projected snow that would have crippled traffic in the DC area turned into almost a non-event. While many daring photographers and cosplayers went outside and captured some beautiful images in the light snowfall, I stayed true to form, comfy inside.
