One Punch Man Cosplays On News Of A Planned Live Action Movie
On our Nerd Week Live YouTube show Tuesday, April 21, we talked about Sony’s plans to make a live action movie of the web comic, manga and anime One Punch Man. While the possibility of such a movie being anything but awful seems low, it also seemed like a good trigger for a retrospective gallery of cosplays from the series.
Initially the news that the writers of Venom were writing this adaptation was pretty discouraging. But the pair of Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg also wrote both of the recent Jumanji reboots, which were quite funny, multi-character movies. So maybe Sony’s One Punch Man may not suck as much as I fear.
I was surprised that I found fewer photos that I remembered taking. And also surprised at how many genderbent or crossplay versions of Saitama I photographed.
