PAX East ’17 In Pictures By Prime Photography

While I spent most of my time at PAX East 2017 doing my usual thing — parked in one spot grabbing photos of cosplayers — Steven of Prime Cosplay and Photography was all over the place. Many of the clips in our Cosplay Showcase Videos on YouTube are from Steven’s camera.

But he also hit up the show floor, panel rooms and even the concerts. If you weren’t able to go, or just want to relive some of the experience, Steven’s photos will put you right in the middle of things. The concert photos are of the band Viking Guitar, shredding guitars like, well, vikings.

Steven certainly did take pictures of cosplayers though, and among those are Victoria Miller Cosplay, Mieu, Ember Jay Cosplay, Jenevieve Devereaux Cosplay, Maul Cosplay, Rachael K Cosplay, Plasmid Pinup, and more.

By the way, in case you weren’t already blown away by Maul Cosplay’s Geralt costume from the game Witcher 3, check out Gogo Incognito‘s interview with him on YouTube. Not a single bit of “leather” or “fur” on that costume is actual animal product of any kind. You know, because making it look that good wasn’t hard enough.
