PopCult Anime Con 2023 Saturday Gallery Part 3
I had a solid late day rush of cosplayers on Saturday at PopCult Anime Con 2023 mainly because the Masquerade started at 6 p.m. in the Eden Vale ballroom — right across from where I was located. So the Eden Vale lobby filled up with attendees waiting to get seated for the contest, and as I mentioned in the previous article, most of them were in cosplay.
A common theme throughout the photos from Saturday is the number of duos or couple cosplays. From the Sonic and Tails to the D.Va bringing over a Mercy after her own solo photos to the Denji and (I dunno, I haven’t read the manga), duos were the thing this year. And while I could have chosen any of them for the two photos on this page, I had to go with two of the most popular anime of the past couple of years. The featured image is Loid and Yor Forger from Spy x Family, and the linked image is of Ai and Aqua from Oshi no Ko (an actual mother and child cosplaying, in case there was any doubt).
After the Masquerade began, I only got a few more cosplayers, including the Nami and the Megamen furry, before I packed up and headed home for some much-needed rest.

We now use Smugmug to present cosplay photo galleries and will post all photos there, with a link to each gallery in its own gallery article. This will allow us to give you higher resolution images to download — still for free.
