Richie Branson and the GUNDAM Rap Album
Okay, I need to tell you three things.
First, Richie Branson is a terrific rapper. How terrific? Any X-rays performed on Mr. Branson will reveal that he’s actually a cyborg sent back in time to save hip hop. If you love rap beats but not feeling the generic (hoes, money, rims, hoes) lyrics then meet the nerd answer to Jay-Z.
Second, Richie Branson just released his new album called The Wing Zero EP.
Yes, it is based on Gundam Wing.
Yes, the same anime series that was first appeared in television screens in 1979 and went on to be a worldwide hit and made billions of dollars. The series that has made the words “giant robots” and “Gundam” synonymous. And now there’s a rap album all about it.
And third, it’s FREE. Go to this link at http://richiebranson.com/2012/
This album is six songs long including instrumentals of each song. The production for this album is amazing and if you like what you hear, he also has a rap album based on Star Wars: Old Republic for free as well! Any Gundam fans will love the work that has been put into this album. If you want to know more about Richie Branson, check out his website at http://richiebranson.com.
If you are skeptical, check out this video of one of the songs from the EP called Winged Memories.
