Scarlet Witch and Vision Retrospective Gallery On Trailer Release
Earlier this week we got our first look at the trailer for the upcoming Disney+ series WandaVision. It confirmed the overall tone of the show as a psychological thriller, gave us a look at some of the secondary characters (possibly Agatha Harkness and possibly Monica Rambeau) and was loaded with enough Easter Eggs to keep the Internet speculating for a solid week.
It’s interesting to see that, even with the addition of the MCU design for Wanda (still not called the Scarlet Witch in the MCU as far as I recall) I kept seeing cosplayers portraying her various comic book outfits in equal numbers. Also interesting is how few Vision cosplayers I’ve photographed over the years. He was one of my favorite comic book characters growing up, but I guess he didn’t have the same appeal for most fans.
That same day, Disney+ confirmed that the show would premier before the end of 2020, and indicated it would be after the first anniversary of the launch of streaming platform, on Nov. 12. I am hoping for a mid-November release, but even if I have to wait until after Christmas I’ll be happy.
