Sunday Otakon 2016 Cosplay Gallery

Here it is, our last ever gallery of cosplay photos from Otakon based in Baltimore. As with the previous sets, photos in this Sunday Otakon 2016 set were taken by our mid-Atlantic go-to guy, Adam Etheridge.

Otakon is moving to Washington, DC., beginning next year. The fact that this will the last year at its current venue may have helped Otakon recover a bit from the downturn in attendance in experienced in 2015, after the pre-registration snafu of 2014 had left some too angry to return. According to Alyce Wilson, who handles press for the convention management organization Otakorp, “Otakon’s unofficial at-door number in 2016 was 29,000 memberships, which is up slightly from last year’s number of 26,877.”
