TerrifiCon 2022 Saturday Gallery Part 2 By FaultyLayLine
In the second Saturday gallery from TerrifiCon, Jeremy from @faultylayline has again captured the variety of cosplays and fandoms at a comic convention with broad popular culture appeal. And while there are plenty of Batman villains, Marvel heroes and Disney princesses, I have to say I never expected to see anyone cosplaying as Frollo from Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Disney villains can be pretty awful, but Frollo is arguably the most terrible person ever put in a Disney movie. Kudos to that cosplayer for the stones to pull that off.
In a bunch of the photos in the middle of the gallery you get to see one of my favorite parts of the facility that holds TerrifiCon — that crazy optical illusion blue carpet in the lobby outside the exhibit hall floor. Despite what it looks like, that floor you see people standing and sitting on is flat as a pancake. But the pattern of the carpet makes it look like the rolls and waves of an ocean. I can’t imagine watching people walk over that if I was badly hung over.
