These Photos From RICC 2015 Are … Awkward

The first gallery from Rhode Island Comic Con is a special one — the Awkward Prom photos.

The idea was inspired most recently by Morgan and BelleChere, who asked me to shoot it at Hartford Comic Con’s pre-party, as drag queen She-Hulk and gender bent Billy Idol, respectively (it was an ’80s theme). Once I asked for the first shot on Friday of RICC I knew it would be a recurring theme.

It’s tough to pick a favorite — Rebellion Barbie as Queen Amidala with her nemesis Darth Maul? Jessica Mercy and Jac Lene as twin Jessica Rabbits? Herman and Lily Munster? I know I can’t decide between Yoko and Kamina or Yoko and dead Kamina.
