This is Russian Cosplayer Vermine Venom‘s incredible original cosplay of a Naga or Hebi creature. Although I couldn’t find the photographer who helped with her shots (and if someone knows, please let me know so I can credit them), they did a great job showcasing how elaborate is the construction of her snake tail.
