Walker Stalker Boston Cosplay Gallery
Big crowds shuffled and stumbled into the Westin Waterfront Hotel in South Boston this past weekend for the Boston appearance of Walker Stalker Con, a zombie-themed convention focused very heavily on the TV series The Walking Dead. While there were guests from other zombie or horror titles at the show, including Judith O’Dea and Russ Streiner from the movie that started it all, George Romero’s Night of the Living Dead, the crowds were there mainly to see the impressive 22 cast members from The Walking Dead.
Among those were big guns Lauren Cohan, Steven Yeung and Jon Bernthal, but also newer cast members like Chad Coleman (Tyreese), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham) and the almost inhumanly beautiful Christian Serratos (Rosita).
As one might imagine, most of the costuming and cosplay was zombie themed, with many cosplaying characters from the TV show, and others doing zombie versions of traditional superhero or science fiction cosplay. Some of the zombie makeup on people was done at the con by JSin Secretroom and his teammates at Horror Brothers FX, like that on Monique Renee, the blonde zombie in the Daisy Dukes.
