Wicked Comic Con 2025 Cosplay Gallery 2
Last Saturday the temperature in Boston hit the mid 70s, and the sky was the perfect bright hazy sun for outdoor photos. Meanwhile, I was set up at the end of the concourse hallway at the Westin Seaport Boston for Wicked Comic Con. I can’t say for sure that I would rather have been fishing, because I do love taking cosplay photos. But it was close.
Not that I didn’t get to experience that weather a little bit many times throughout the day. The south end of the concourse opens out to the north end of the Lawn on D park and event space on D St. Many exhibitors stepped out to go to the Dunkin Donuts just across D St., attendees would leave via those doors, and cosplayers and photographers were going in and out all day. Every time, the warm summery breeze wafted past my photo spot.
One of the most fun times I had all day was working with the Deadpool and Wolverine pair. Not only did they want to recreate the poster image, but Deadpool wanted to recreate the poster for the movie Step Brothers. I think we did a pretty good job.
